The delivery of your order

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with recipient's signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever shipment choice you might make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipment costs also include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipment costs might vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one single order. It is not possible for us to group together two distinct orders placed separately; therefore shipping fees will be applied to every single order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk; however, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
