Deliveries and Returns

All orders are shipped, after receipt of payment, via GLS, BRT or TNT courier with delivery tracking.

The delivery time is indicated in the individual product. Generally, orders placed before 12.00 leave the same day, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet.

When the material is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment and we will then provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and transportation costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the shipment.

For some product categories, such as robot cleaners and showers, free shipping is available.

We recommend grouping your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Your order will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected. If you receive damaged packaging, sign the courier with reservations, specifically indicating the damage to the package, take some photos and promptly send us an email to

N.B. The robots and pool pumps are shipped with INSURED shipping. It is therefore necessary, upon receipt of the material, to sign with RESERVE TO VERIFICATION OF THE MATERIAL. This is the only way to resolve any transport damage caused by the courier without unpleasant discussions.
