It is supplied with certificate of hydraulic tightness, serial numberand corresponding captions on deliveries and suctions. May contain filters up to 750 mm in diameter.

Guarantee 5 years on the filter 5 and 2 years on the pump.

Sand excluded. Can work with sand, glass or zelbrite.

RECAP OF THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MANHOLES BY THE TECHNICIAN

The technical room in VTR has to be positioned at a distance of at least 3.5 mt from the swimming pool (CEI 64-8/7 SEC.702). It has to be installed on an interstice in lightly reinforced concrete, a sheet of net, of 10-15 cm thickness. The dimensions of the interstice depend on the dimensions of the room selected and are specified in the instructions present inside the room itself.

The dig shall be 20 cm larger than the dimensions of the manhole; on the front side (pipes exit) a space of 60 cm shall be left for the connection of the pipes.

The manhole in VTR is not free-standing. Notwithstanding the ribs, the manhole shall be protected with small blocks of vibrated concrete assembled in dry conditions and with cross-braces up to a max of -20cm compared to the land level. Alternatively, a small wall in concrete with the same features shall be realized. It shall be fixed to the interstice to avoid emergence, in case the aquifer is present.

Where possible, it shall be connected to a gravitational draining. This helps to avoid that during the emptying of the filter, which shall be realized during winter operations, possible leakages lead to water accumulations.

The front side where connection pipes exit, shall be supported (in the lower side) by supporting walls and filled in with dry material. Pipes shall be covered with sand to avoid crushing or breaks.
