The price includes:

• Pick up of the cleaner using the express courier TNT
• Technical test
• Analysis through electronic electronic diagnostic
• Repair quotation

If the quotation is approved, the amount paid for the request for assistance will be refunded.

Even in case you decide to buy a new pool cleaner, the amount will be refunded

Instead, in case of not acceptance of the quotation, the costs of the new delivery of the pool cleaner are at the charge of the customer.

This service is valid throughout Italy including the islands: Sardegna and Sicily.

The pack shall contain: the cleaner together with the filter, the transformer and the floating cable - without the carriage.

Important note for the PACKAGING: in order to preserve the integrity of the products, the customer shall ensure that the packaging is enough resistant. Shall the packaging be not properly prepared and even if its picking up is organised by Vannini Aqua & Pool, the customer is the sole responsible for the packaging.
